Our molding operations are fully aligned with industry leading foundry standards to deliver high-quality castings consistently every time.

  1. Fast Loop Line with the box size of 1500X900X450/450
    • Fast Loop Line is equipped with new continuous mixer with 35 Metric Tonnes per hour capacity with IRIS (Intelligent Radio Information System) pattern recognition method
    • New Infrared Pre-drying Oven
    • Flood Coating to ensure uniform coating thickness
    • New Post Drying Oven making use of LPG
    • Shake out machines with size of 2500 X 2500 with 15 Metric Tonnes per hour capacity
  • Heavy Moulding Section 1(HMS 1) with the box size of 2250X1500X675/675
  • Continuous mixers with capacity of 25 MT per hour and 20 MT per hour Compaction Table: 3000 x 3000 with 15 MT capacity in HMS-2 & 3300 x 1600 with 7 MT capacity at HMS-1
  • Heavy Moulding Section 2(HMS 2) with the box size of 2800X2600X350/750/400

Sand Plant

We operate a fluidized-bed cooler classifier (20 MT/hr) along with a thermal reclamation unit (3 MT/hr) complemented by a state-of-the-art sand-testing laboratory. These facilities enable us to monitor sand properties at every stage to ensure consistent quality and optimal casting performance.

LMW operates medium-frequency induction melting furnaces designed for high efficiency and flexibility.

  • 2500kW dual-track medium-frequency induction furnace equipped with 3MT and 4MT crucibles
  • 1500kW dual-track medium-frequency induction furnace featuring two 2MT crucibles

Both furnaces are integrated with thermal analysis systems to accurately monitor molten metal quality

For production of Spheroidal Graphite (SG) Iron, we utilize a controlled sandwich process with a tundish cover to ensure optimal nodularity and metallurgical integrity

Packing & Dispatch

Packing & Dispatch

Packaging materials meet ISPM15 compliant heat treatment standards for all export shipping. Domestic and international packaging options include wooden crates, cardboard boxes and returnable steel cages. Products are packed in certified fumigated wooden crates with VCI lining and rust protection.

LMW has in-house container stuffing and self-sealing capability, we deliver packaging solutions tailored to special logistics or customer needs.

Equipped with a 24,000 MT annual capacity, our facility produces castings ranging from 0.5 kg to 120 kg. The foundry features automated molding systems with precision auto-pouring, a fluidized sand plant, and comprehensive quality controls.
