Equipped with a 24,000 MT annual capacity, our facility produces castings ranging from 0.5 kg to 120 kg. The foundry features automated molding systems with precision auto-pouring, a fluidized sand plant, and comprehensive quality controls. Both destructive and non-destructive testing ensure material integrity and strict adherence to customer specifications.

LMW operates medium-frequency induction melting furnaces designed for high efficiency and flexibility

  • 750kW tri-track furnace with a 1MT crucibles
  • 1000kW dual-track furnace featuring 1.5MT crucibles

These advanced systems deliver rapid, uniform melting, precise temperature control, and energy-efficient performance ideal for both standard and specialized iron and alloy grades.

Packing & Dispatch

Packing & Dispatch

Packaging materials meet ISPM15 compliant heat treatment standards for all export shipping. Domestic and international packaging options include wooden crates, cardboard boxes and returnable steel cages. Products are packed in certified fumigated wooden crates with VCI lining and rust protection.

LMW has in-house container stuffing and self-sealing capability, we deliver packaging solutions tailored to special logistics or customer needs.

Operating at 22K MT PA, the foundry produces Grey Iron (100-4,000 kg) and Ductile Iron (100-2,500 kg) castings, enabled by FLL & HMS moulding lines, a fluidized sand plant, and complete in-house DT & NDT quality validation.
