LMW Displays Advanced CNC Machining Solutions at ENGIMACH 2025
Gujarat December 03, 2025
LMW Limited showcased its latest CNC machining solutions at ENGIMACH 2025, held from 03 to 07 December 2025 at the Helipad Exhibition Centre, Gandhinagar. Exhibiting at Hall 2, Stall P3, the company presented four CNC machines aimed at addressing productivity and precision requirements across multiple manufacturing sectors.
Formerly known as Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, LMW has been active in the machine tool industry since the launch of its Machine Tool Division (MTD) in 1988. The company currently offers a portfolio of around 80 models with 240 variants, catering to industries such as automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, oil & gas, pump & valve, electronics, energy, and general precision engineering.
Machines Displayed at ENGIMACH 2025
Among the exhibits was the JV 84 Vertical Machining Center, designed for high-productivity applications. The machine features axis strokes of 800 × 500 × 500 mm, a 1050 × 500 mm table, 500 kg table load capacity, and a BT40 spindle with 6000 rpm, supported by a 24-tool magazine. It is positioned for use in sectors including automobile, oil & gas, pump & valve, agriculture, earthmovers, and foundry & forging.

The S Turn 2M Compact Turnmill Center was displayed as a multi-tasking solution with a compact footprint. Key specifications include a maximum turning length of 400 mm, maximum turning diameter of 320 mm, 8-inch chuck, and a 12-station live tool turret with 6000 rpm, along with a 0.7-second tool change time. The machine targets applications in aerospace, energy, automotive, pump & valve, and electronics manufacturing.
Another exhibit, the JD1L Compact Vertical Machining Center, focused on space-efficient machining. It offers axis strokes of 700 × 400 × 320 mm, a 850 × 400 mm table, a BT30 spindle with 12,000 rpm, and a 21-tool pocket tilting ATC, with rapid traverse rates of 48 m/min. The machine is intended for automobile, electric vehicle, electronics, and general engineering applications.
LMW also showcased the LTV 40 Plus Vertical Turning Center, developed for heavy-duty turning operations. The machine supports a maximum turning length of 750 mm, 800 mm swing over bed, 640 mm maximum turning diameter, and an A2-11 spindle nose, paired with a 12-station hydraulic turret. Improved chip flow and collection are integrated to support continuous operations, particularly for automotive, pump & valve, and oil & gas industries.
Visitor Engagement
According to the company, the LMW stall recorded strong visitor footfall during the exhibition, with attendees engaging in live machine demonstrations and technical discussions. The display highlighted the growing interest in automation-ready and high-productivity CNC solutions among Indian manufacturers.
