Proven Compacting Principle
The Spinpact is engineered with a proven compacting principle that ensures precise fibre control and superior yarn formation. Fibres are effectively aligned through a specially designed compact slot, enabling smooth fibre flow and uniform structure. The optimized angle in the suction nozzle assists in imparting twist efficiently, ensuring better yarn cohesion and strength. An extended compact slot length positioned closer to the front roller nip enables prolonged and perfect compacting without disturbing the fibre strand. Additionally, the optimum nozzle width guides fibres accurately into the fourth roller (compact roller), ensuring consistent yarn quality.
