The LK69 Series delivers high-speed combing performance through PACT technology enabling production of up to 2.1 tons per day at 600 NPM. Its optimised kinematical linkage ensures smooth and synchronised movement of parts for gentle handling of cotton fibres translating into finer combed yarns. High Speed Technology – PACT
High production of up to 2.1 tons per day is achieved through the innovative PACT – Precisely Accelerated Combing Technology. This technology optimizes the nipper and detaching movements, ensuring smooth and gentle fiber transfer from the feed zone to the detaching zone. The efficient design enables the machine to operate at speeds up to 600 nips per minute (npm) while maintaining reliable and consistent performance.

Proven Combing Action
The LK69 Series Comber ensures a proven combing action through its 90° Variocomb, which provides controlled acceleration and deceleration of the comb within the given optimum combing time. This design maintains the full effective combing duration without compromise, resulting in efficient fiber cleaning while minimizing fiber damage and fiber loss.
