Drafting System
The Lap Former LH20 S features a unique single-servo drafting system designed to deliver precise control and high-quality lap formation. Its 2/2 spring-loaded drafting arrangement with belt drive ensures perfect fiber control. The reduced fiber movement during drafting helps maintain strong batt formation and produces a uniform, compact lap sheet, enabling the machine to operate at higher running speeds. Additionally, the servo-controlled drafting mechanism allows for fine lap weight adjustments, ensuring consistent lap quality.

A unique single-head drafting system with servo drive provides accurate drafting control and process consistency. Lap Monitoring
The machine incorporates an advanced lap monitoring system where every lap is automatically weighed to ensure consistent quality. If the lap weight crosses the preset limit, the machine automatically stops, preventing off-standard production. This automated monitoring eliminates the need for manual lap checking, improving operational efficiency while ensuring reliable lap quality control.
